This Agreement is concluded between LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TACTISPACE”, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, and the user of the online store services available at http://bloodsaver.net, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”. This Agreement constitutes a distance sales contract concluded via the online store http://bloodsaver.net. The Customer accepts the terms of this Agreement under the following conditions:

1. Definitions

Public Offer (Offer) — a public proposal of the Seller to conclude a distance sales agreement for the purchase of goods.

Order — the Customer’s decision to purchase goods and arrange delivery, placed via the website bloodsaver.net.

Goods — products and related items presented in the online store bloodsaver.net.

Online Store — a platform for selling goods through an electronic transaction.

Seller — the company selling goods through the website bloodsaver.net.

Buyer — an individual who has entered into this Agreement with the Seller.

2. General Provisions

The information published on bloodsaver.net constitutes a public offer. This Agreement is public and applies equally to all buyers.

Placing an order confirms full acceptance of the Agreement terms and consent to personal data processing in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller transfers ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods.

  • voluntary selection of goods;
  • independent order placement via bloodsaver.net;
  • payment for the order;
  • processing and delivery of goods.

4. Price of Goods

Product prices are indicated on bloodsaver.net. The Seller reserves the right to change prices unilaterally.

Payment is deemed completed once funds are credited to the Seller’s account.

5. Order Placement Procedure

Orders are placed via the website bloodsaver.net.

The Buyer provides:

  • recipient’s full name;
  • delivery address;
  • email address (if available);
  • contact phone number.

The Agreement is considered concluded upon confirmation of the electronic order.

6. Delivery and Transfer of Goods

Delivery terms are specified on bloodsaver.net.

Upon receipt, the Buyer must verify completeness and product condition. Ownership transfers at the moment of receipt.

7. Returns

Returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”

  • the product retains its original appearance;
  • the product has not been used;
  • no more than 14 days have passed since purchase;
  • proof of payment is available.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Seller has the right to:

  • suspend service in case of violation of the Agreement terms.

The Buyer is obliged to:

  • pay for and receive the Goods in a timely manner.

The Buyer has the right to:

  • place orders;
  • demand fulfillment of the Agreement terms.

9. Liability of the Parties

The parties bear liability in accordance with applicable legislation of Ukraine.

The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the Goods or inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.

10. Other Conditions

The online store reserves the right to amend the Agreement by publishing a new version on bloodsaver.net.

Customer information is confidential and used exclusively for order processing purposes.

11. Term of the Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance of the Offer and remains valid until all obligations of the parties are fulfilled.
