Critical hemorrhage is one of the leading causes of preventable death on the battlefield. According to international military medical research *, the majority of such fatalities are directly associated with severe bleeding. In real operational environments, the first minutes after injury are decisive — this is when the right medical tool can save a life.
For Ukraine, this issue became especially urgent following the onset of hostilities in 2014. During the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO), it became evident that field conditions lacked modern, effective, and safe solutions for rapid hemorrhage control. The need for a domestically developed solution adapted to real combat conditions became critical.
In 2014, an initiative group of Ukrainian scientists developed a hemostatic formulation that later became the foundation of the product. After the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, the product has been continuously improved to meet modern tactical medicine requirements, incorporating feedback from medics and practical experience gained in real-world conditions: limited time, complex injuries, hypothermia, treatment under fire, and delayed evacuation.

Today, BloodSaver is a line of domestically produced hemostatic solutions designed for rapid and reliable hemorrhage control. We deliberately focus not on the quantity of products, but on well-designed formats adapted for both combat and civilian medical kits across different operational scenarios and needs:
- Z-folded hemostatic gauze bandages in various lengths and thicknesses;
- hemostatic dressings for non-critical injuries;
- training bandages for education and wound-packing skill development.

BloodSaver hemostatic products immediately interact with blood and initiate the clot formation process. Within minutes after application, a dense and elastic clot forms, helping effectively control bleeding and reduce blood loss. Clinical evaluation and practical field use have demonstrated that the product is safe for human use:
- does not damage tissue;
- does not enter the bloodstream;
- does not induce thrombosis;
- can be safely removed from the wound.
The full-scale war has definitively shown that hemostatic agents are not optional equipment but a fundamental necessity. BloodSaver is designed for the reality in which care is often provided under extreme conditions and without margin for error.
We are open to cooperation with organizations and professionals for whom this equipment has real operational value:
- units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their medical services;
- combat medics and tactical medicine instructors;
- volunteers, charitable foundations, and humanitarian initiatives;
- tactical medicine and pre-hospital care training centers;
- manufacturers and suppliers of tactical equipment and medical kits.
